Research Laboratory Coater

It is a turn-key system starting from the simple single axis slot-die coating set-up where functionality and complexity can be gradually added.
Coating and Printing Components
Slot-die Heads
We offer slot-die heads from the very small to the very large. The smallest are useful in the laboratory allowing you to coat as little as a single stripe while studying drying, coating or simply just learning the technique. The largest enabling you to manufacture the different layers of solar cells on a large scale.
Syringe Pumps
Our syringe pumps are designed to be an integrated part of our coating and printing equipment, but they can also operate as a standalone syringe pumps for your specific purposes. The syringe pumps (standard 0-20 mL) and Jumbo (0-60 mL) comes with a 4.3" colour touch screen for easy use and ink flow configuration.
Flexographic Printing Units
The flexographic printing systems can be used for printing many types of ink materials on a wide variety of substrates. The Simple Flexo unit is for short and narrow test runs and the Advanced Flexographic system is specially designed for scaled R2R processing.
Air Knives
The air knife is a powerful piece of equipment for drying and rapid quenching of coated thin films with compressed air or inert gas.
Fitting Kits
Our fitting kits arrive preassembled, featuring hoses and fittings tailored for seamless connection between your slot-die head and a syringe, ensuring smooth ink flow into the slot-die head.
