1. LR2RC Platform
The LR2RC base platform is available in 4 different lengths (500 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm and 1500 mm). One of the main differences between these LR2RC’s, besides the size, is the possible drying/curing length that each unit grants. The LR2RC500, allows for one oven unit to be mounted while coating/printing, whereas the LR2RC750 allows for mounting 2 oven units, the LR2RC1000 allows for 3 oven units and the LR2RC1500 allows for 5 oven units.
2. Coating and Printing mounting system
The high precision angular mounting system is ideal for mounting a slot-die head, a knife coating set-up, or flexographic printing unit. The angle can be varied from 0 to 90 degrees (9 o'clock to 12 o'clock) which is very helpful during setup but also while coating. The simplest version has manual control over tilt and cross-web adjustments. Advanced versions includes digital micrometers units and Motorized mounting system comes with full software control of the mounting system and the LR2RC.

PC control of the LR2RC platform is perfect when working the system from remote - like in a glove box.
3. Nip and simple laminator
Just before the rewinder the LR2RC has the possibility for a very flexible nip that is available in numerous configurations. The nip is used to squeeze the web onto the roller that controls the web movement and speed. The nip increases the friction between the web and the roller and the result is better web control. The simplest has a full rubber roller with manual control of both nip pressure and tilt. Advanced versions include adjustable nip rollers, automation of nip engagement, nip pressure and pressure points. It can easily be used as a simple laminator and allows for very simple manual packaging of many devices with little work.

4. Drying and Curing systems
A number of oven systems for curing your films can be added to the LR2RC systems. With a oven length of 23 cm the oven systems are very compact and very simple to add, remove or replace in less than a minute and allows you to simply mount the desired curing system for the experiment or pilot run that you are about to carry out. We have single system ovens for hot-air, inert gas, UV-curing or infrared (IR) curing.
In terms of UV and IR curing we offer a number of power levels and easy exchange of the sources to match you experiments (hard UV, UVA, UVB, UVC, clear, ruby, gold).

5. LR2RC Rollers
In the standard configuration the LR2RC comes with anodized aluminum rollers with a diameter of 60 mm. The rollers are a very essential part of your system and their mechanical and materials properties often define the outcome of your experiment. We therefore care about rollers and all of our rollers have super low runout. Our standard anodized aluminium rollers are durable and cost efficient and will be the best choice for 95% of all applications. Even though the anodized rollers offer some electrical insulation some applications do require plastic rollers and we do offer rollers in POM (black or white, for contrast) or PEEK (for extreme chemical resistance). We of course also offer rollers in stainless steel for extreme corrosion resistance.

6. Coating and Printing accessories
The list of accessories for the LR2RC system is extensive and offers an extreme versatility that makes the LR2RC platform an all-in-one system. You can add components and accessories on order or simply add them later. The LR2RC platform offers a very high degree of customization and compatibility with a number of processing modes in addition to the standard roll-to-roll mode.
7. Pumping system
The infinityPV syringe pumps comes with a colour touch screen for easy use and ink flow configuration. They offer accurate and smooth ink delivery for your research and development. All our syringe pumps come with USB computer interface which allows full pump control and data logging. You can combine several syringe pumps thus you can perform automated gradient and/or dilution experiments. With our free infinityPV software you can rapidly set up the very simple or the very complex experiments.
We offer two different types of syringe pumps that fits with the RLC unit:
Standard syringe pump
Holds syringes from 1 mL and up to 20 mL
Developed for sheet coating and roll coating were limited amounts of ink is required (0.1-10 mL)
Jumbo syringe pump
Holds syringes from 1 mL and up to 60 mL
Developed for smaller R2R manufacture where large amounts of inks are needed
8. Slot-die heads
The LR2RC can be equipped with all our laboratory slot-die heads (enable slot-die coating of up to 180 mm in width) The infinityPV slot-die heads are extremely reliable in operation, with minimum maintenance and at low cost. We offer the slot-die heads in different materials Stainless steel, PEEK, Titanium and Alloy, suiting the different needs of chemistry, weight and thermal latency.
We also offer our slot-die heads in a heated version - both in Stainless steel and Titanium. With the heated slot-die heads comes the possibility for adjusting and monitoring the slot-die head temperature.
We have a number of standard heads and shim kits in stock and we can of course always make the slot-die head and shim kits according to your needs
Heated slot-die head controller unit is a power supply with an integrated PID controller that allows you monitor and set the temperature of the heated slot-die head.
9. Fitting Kit
The fitting kits comes preassembled with hose and fittings for connecting your slot-die head to a syringe to feed ink into the slot-die head. The Fitting kit from infinityPV is made of high quality materials and can be used over and over and over again.
