Slot-die coating start-up package with 3 different slot-die heads and all needed accessories.

With the infinityPV slot-die coating start-up package you get our 3 laboratory slot-die heads made in stainless steel with all the accessories needed for a very competitive cost and you will be able to start slot-die coating straight away. The slot die heads are easily mounted with a M8 screw and therefore fits most coating units used in research laboratories. The infinityPV laboratory slot-die heads enables you to process single 10 mm stripes, 4x10 mm stripes, 8x10 mm stripes and full coating width of 50 mm and 100 mm.

The package includes:
  • 40 mm stainless steel head (10 mm single slot)
  • 65 mm stainless steel head (50 mm working width)
  • 115 mm stainless steel head (100 mm working width)
  • Stainless steel Shim kit for 40 mm slot die head (guide only)
  • stainless steel Shim kit and guide for 65 mm slot die head - 4x10 mm slots and full coating 50 mm width
  • stainless steel Shim kit and guide for 115 mm slot die head - 8x10 mm slots and full coating 100 mm width
  • 5 x Fitting kit
  • 3 x M8 screws for mounting
