Resistive load

This virtual instrument allows the IV curve to be recorded for a solar cell using a potentiometer, a voltmeter, and an ampmeter. With this information the maximum power point can be calculated.

Resistive load

Measure the voltage and current at different points. Then find the maximum power produced by the solar cell.

Instructions

Use the virtual instrument by sliding the knob and read the highlighted values. You can open the virtual instrument directly at infinityPV.com/l/c04. If you have a smartphone you can open the virtual instrument by scanning the QR barcode.
