OPV in wearables
The "Interface Interlace" exhibition opened its doors at the Amanhã Activities Laboratory in the Amanhã Museum in Rio de Janeiro. Here designers from ERGON PROJETOS showed clothes and accessories with incorporated flexible organic solar cells from infinityPV. The idea is to put together pieces of clothes and accessories that are responsive, sustainable, responsible and reflect on how we dress and re-evaluate the chain of the fashion industry.
The designer Venétia Santos has developed a modern version of the bracelet to be used in external works. From the capture and accumulation of solar energy, the bracelet can be used for night illumination or cell phone charging. A special connection has been developed, which allows inserting and sliding the electronics (batteries and boards) through the solar tape.
The Smart Street BAG model is a light, pleated and easy to carry purse. It has flexible solar panels braided in kombucha and can be transported laterally or on the back of the users. The solar cells from infinityPV are connected to a battery that is used to charge cell phones, to activate the light or the lantern one the bag. The bag can be rolled up and take the shape of a roll to be stored and transported. It is the ideal bag for tours to the beach.
The Solar Tiger Bag model can be used in two positions - wallet model or open to capture solar energy. The bag has external organic solar panels for charging cell phones and to drive an anti-theft system.
